Striper Fishing is as good as it gets right now.Bunker schools and Bass are up and down the beach and the Stripers are cooperating everyday, with fish up to 40lbs and averaging 25lbs , a great bite. we are fishing daily so get in on the action while its good. |

Hope this GREAT fishing is just the start of the Bass season ,we have been catching alot of Stripers to 20lbs. this month with Jigging ,Clamming and Plug casting anywhere and everywhere, some really good ways to enjoy the day bass fishing.We still have a few dates available with some weekend dates open also ,so get in touch for a great day on th water.Live bait(bunker) are here and we will start fishing with them May 1st ,as they move into the harbors and are available to catch,they have caught bass on bunker ,but it will break open this week and we are ready to go, please contact or email me to set up a trip on Stripermania.We are still running open boat for any days not booked in May at $125.00 a man(min 3 guys).We all know what Stripers look like so who needs photos , I got one on gotta go.....Capt.Lou |

UPDATE Hello to all ,this winter was a long one ,but it has not hurt the fishing as Stripers have been caught off the beaches and are now showing on the flats of the bay with this I am just getting STRIPERMANIA in the water.We will be sailing from PETERSONS Boat Yard in KEYPORT ,one block from Browns Point Marina, which is under constuction and new bulkhead.For the month of April we are offering 6 HR. $400.00 WEEKDAY fishing trips for Bass N Flounder and will run OPEN BOAT at $100.00 per man any day we are not booked with a 3 person minimum to sail.Please contact me or email for dates.We are booking May and June also for Stripers ,Matt has been fishing the bay with excellent results releasing over 40 Stripers this weekend.See you on the water |

UPDATE: Stripermania will have all new SHIMANO Tackle on board this fishing season , the new BAITRUNNER series, SARAGOSA spin reels,Trinadads ,Tyrnos,Torium and the NEW TALICA series in 2 speed for Tuna as well as Bass.We are using the TREVALA rods in all Models also the TERAMAR spin rods for all of our fishing this season with STRIPERMANIA.I had the chance to use these products last fall on the TUNA and they all worked great for the Bluefin bite we enjoyed ,I really had fun catching BIG BLUEFINS on spinning tackle,what a blast.Jigging and baiting were the ticket,I will be doing a few Seminars this Spring in our local area, Shore Catch Saltwater Seminar on March 13th and Harrys Army Navy in Bordentown on March 27th,please come by and say hello or if you have any questions I can help you with call or email,Thank you Capt.Lou |

Already February ,not to much longer and will be out on the water,although with the way Fishery Management is going we might be out there catching a tan with the fish that are still available LMAO. United we Stand divided we Fall has never been so important as now,I just hope we will be heard.Regulation is out to make it hard for the Recreational Fisherman, but if we let them take our rights away whats next.We need to keep fishing, so our children can keep fishing and how many of us take our KIDS fishing.Fishing has been in my blood since I can remember, I truly love to fish and plan to until I die.Let your local, state and federal agencies know how you feel. |

Well after all this weather and a few minor boat issues , we finally made it out on the water today Monday Oct 19th and the fishing was GREAT with Stripers biting all day thru the tide on eels ,6inch Tsunami swim shads and a few on Butterfly jigs, when we ran out of eels.Weatherman was way off , flats seas and beautiful day made it a pleasure to fish with my Mako 28, drifting and chasing birds most of the day we released 30 Stripers and ONE (1) Bluefish, water was 55 degrees and not as dirty as I would have thought , but PLENTY of FLOATING logs and trees.Fishing should only get better as the month ends ,so give me call or email for a trip.BASS are chewin |

Hello to all the internet SURFERS Just a little update for all.Tuna fishing was awesome this summer,we enjoyed Bluefin and Yellowfin fishing all thru August and September with fish as close as 23 miles from our dock.Albacore and Skipjack were biting all day on these trips which provide plenty of action in between Tuna bites.We will be sailing from Sandy Hook Bay Marina for the month of October and November fishing for Stripers, Blues and Bottom fish.We will be fishing 2 trips a day, anyone interested in NIGHT Bass trip with us we will offer 5 hour trips for 450.00 anytime after 4:00PM, Drifting EELS and WORMS for Bass.Please email or call for dates available.Bottom Fishing trips will run for 500.00 for 7 hours up to 4 guys during the week all season.Thank you and enjoy the fishing , I know I have and its been GREAT, you cant catch from that chair your sitting in, unless its a FIGHTING Chairon a boat.To all the HI Mar Folks and the 40 hour Tournament, WATCH OUT for the TYMAN he will be out there and Hopefully he win for the FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW.Go Getm CHUCK |

Update for all the web surfers who cannot fish.Tuna fishing is on fire right now coast wide with Bluefin tuna ,some yellowfin tuna and BIG Dolphin mixed in each day.Trolling , chunking and jigging are all productive for catching these wonderful eating fish.Although I have not been keeping up with my reports the FISHING has been out of this world, Big Bluefins to 200lbs. are out there right now and we are catching average fish of 100lbs.(50 plus inch fish).We are sailing from Snug Harbor Marina in Cape May and will be Tuna fishing thru August with Stripermania.We are also available to work with anyone on their boat,to help you catch Tuna , Bass or anything else that swims in our NJ waters.Email or call or availability.Thank you Capt. Striper Fishing is going strong.Fishing was excellent this week with fish up to 31 pounds, on Bunker, although it was good for 3 days , the larger bass are few and far between , right now.Austin Perrilli joined us Monday for a mix of Bass to 25lbs on live bait,Chuck Many showed us how to catch the big ones by boating a nice fish on bunker Monday afternoon.Tuesday aboard TY MAN Matt and I chunked 18 bass to 31 pounds with all fish 30 inches to 39 inches, taking chunks thru the incoming tide, we had a great trip.Friday again aboard Ty Man with Chuck, John Thomas and Dave Donahue we live lined and chunked a few more bass to 25 pounds.Saturday Marty and Mike Golabek enjoyed a great clam bite for smaller bass.Sunday was a little tough for both Flounder and Bass with Mike and Tom working hard to catch a few bass and one flounder.Great week of fishing and getting better.Lets go!! |
